WASHINGTON, DC - Today, House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) announced the subcategory finalists and winners of the thirteenth-annual 2022 Member Online All-Star Competition.  The finalists were selected by the Majority Leader’s staff and shared on social media last weekend. The winners for Best GIF, Best Video, and Best Graphic were selected by the public on Leader Hoyer’s Facebook page. The winners of the Best Online Ad, Best Constituent Services Post, Best Direct Communication, and Best E-newsletter were selected by a panel of Leadership staff. The winners have been added to the Majority Leader's virtual trophy case of past winners

“I love to see our Members using novel and creative ways to connect with constituents about our ongoing critical work of House Democrats in Congress,” said Leader Hoyer. “I would like to congratulate our winners for their impressive digital products that show the best of Members engaging with constituents online.”

The overall winners of the 2022 House Democrats’ Online All-Star Competition were announced in late July, with Rep. Elaine Luria (VA-02) winning the 2022 Overall MVP award, Rep. Deborah Ross (NC-02) winning the 2022 Freshman MVP award, and Rep. Jamie Raskin (MD-08) winning the 2022 Election-Blackout MVP Award.

NOTE: Members of Leadership from Caucus Vice Chair and up are ineligible for the awards. Former winners of each category are listed below and ineligible to win the same category a second time.
