RANDOLPH, Thomas B., a Sergeant at Arms from Virginia; born in Chiloe, Cumberland County, Va., on May 31, 1793; graduated from United States Military Academy, West Point, N.Y., 1812; United States Army; served in the War of 1812; elected Sergeant at Arms for the U.S. House of Representatives for the Twenty-third Congress (December 3, 1833–December 15, 1835); planter; died November 12, 1867, Cascade, Dubuque County, Iowa.
