DELANEY, John, a Representative from Maryland; born in Wood-Ridge, Bergen County, N.J., April 16, 1963; B.S., Columbia University, New York, N.Y., 1985; J.D., Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., 1988; lawyer, private practice; business owner; elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Thirteenth and to the two succeeding Congresses (January 3, 2013-January 3, 2019); was not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Sixteenth Congress in 2018.
