SCHROCK, Edward, a Representative from Virginia; born in Middletown, Ohio, April 6, 1941; B.A., Alderson-Broaddus College, Philippi, W.Va., 1964; M.A., American University, Washington, D.C., 1975; United States Navy, 1964-1988; stock broker; member of the Virginia state senate, 1995-2001; elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Seventh and to the succeeding Congress (January 3, 2001-January 3, 2005); not a candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Ninth Congress in 2004.
