DECATUR, GA – Today, Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) celebrated the Senate’s passage of historic legislation expanding access to care for Georgia veterans exposed to toxic substances in the line of duty.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Hank Johnson (GA-04) voted for historic legislation that will reinstate the assault weapons ban, a key action to ensure safer communities for Georgians by preventing gun violence and keeping weapons of war off our streets. He previously voted the bill out of Judiciary Committee earlier in July to help get the bill to the House floor for a full vote.
