The boundaries of Maryland’s Congressional districts are redrawn each decade to reflect changes in population. The U.S. Census provides the basis for the redistricting process, which is then carried out at the state level as required by the Maryland Constitution. I will continue to serve and advocate for all current constituents of Maryland's Second District through December 2022. Starting in January 2023, the district will change.

One of the most important jobs I have in Congress is helping my constituents when they are having problems with federal agencies. I'm excited to announce I have launched a new digital Privacy Act release form, in addition to former PAR forms, to further streamline the federal casework process for residents of Maryland's Second District.
