COVID-19 UPDATE:
Tours and public attractions in Washington DC have been impacted by the Coronavirus. If you are planning a visit Washington, this page will be updated with the operating status of tours and public attractions for your convenience. The following locations have announced changes in operating status and tours:
United States Capitol and House and Senate Office Buildings: House office buildings are CLOSED to the public, unless on official business. The Capitol has reopened in a limited capacity for tours.
Library of Congress: LIMITED OPENING and timed and ticketed entry passes are required. On-site programs and tours remain canceled.
White House: White House tours are available from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM between Tuesday and Saturday. Please submit tour requests at least three months in advance.
FBI Building: Building CLOSED to public and all tours SUSPENDED until further notice
Bureau of Engraving and Printing: Building CLOSED to public and all tours SUSPENDED until further notice
Supreme Court: Building CLOSED to public and all tours SUSPENDED until further notice.
Smithsonian Musuems: Timed and ticketed entry passes are required at some museums.
