LIVINGOOD, Wilson (Bill), a Sergeant at Arms from Virginia; born in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa., in 1936; B.S., Michigan State University, East Lansing, Mich., 1961; United States Secret Service, 1961–1995; elected Sergeant at Arms of the United States House of Representatives for the One Hundred Fourth and for the eight succeeding Congresses until his resignation on January 17, 2012 (January 4, 1995–January 17, 2012).
