The First State’s farmers are critical to the vitality of Delaware’s communities and economy, and that’s why Tom has long been dedicated to helping farmers and their families succeed and prosper. In his time as Chair of the Senate Finance Subcommittee on International Trade, Tom has worked and will continue to work with his colleagues to break down unfair trade barriers that have kept Delaware products out of foreign markets.
