The outbreak of COVID-19 can feel overwhelming for people and communities. Fear and anxiety about a disease, especially a new virus, can be stressful. The CDC has resources on managing stress and anxiety related to COVID-19 for individuals, parents, first responders, and those who are alone in quarantine which can be found here.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) also has a resource guide on dealing with anxiety related to COVID-19 and some frequently asked questions, which can be found here.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is free, confidential, and available 24/7 at 800-273-8255.

The National Domestic Violence Hotline has resources and recommendations for staying safe during COVID-19, which can be found here. If you or a friend needs help, call the hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE(7233).

Crisis Text Line is here for any crisis and provides 24/7 free support. A live, trained Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from our secure online platform.
