Our policies must ensure open and fair markets to sustain and grow our domestic farm production. Agriculture regulations must also strike a balance between profitable farm production and sound environmental policy.

Florida parents know better than the federal government what strategies will help our students to learn and succeed. We support school choice, apprenticeship programs and innovative initiatives to give everyone a chance to pursue the American Dream.

Florida's continued economic prosperity and quality of life depends on water quality. Our springs, rivers, lakes and tidal waters at our beaches must be clean. Our amazing natural resources of the Everglades and Lake Okeechobee must be protected. Water quality and environmental protection are our top policy priorities. We can never lose sight of the fact that clean Florida water is at the core of our food supply, economic activity, and recreation.

High quality healthcare should be affordable, accessible and provide Americans with a choice of doctors and plans. We'll work to keep drug prices low and expand options for all Floridians, including those enrolled in Medicare. With over 3.5 million Floridians enrolled in some form of Medicare prescription drug coverage, it is my mission to fight the harmful effects of the ACA and to reform prescription drug standards.

It's an honor to serve on the House Judiciary Committee in Congress, where we draft and debate legislation related to the administration of justice in federal courts, administrative bodies, and law enforcement agencies. Through this position, I am able to take an active role in reforming our immigration system, protecting our Second Amendment, holding Big Tech accountable, and promoting integrity within the federal government.

In the era of Big Tech, new oversight and accountability mechanisms are necessary to protect American consumers and our fundamental First Amendment rights. We are prepared to fight Big Tech's abuse of the Section 230 provision of the Communications Decency Act. It's time to hold technology companies accountable and ensure that all Americans have a platform for their voice and free exchange of ideas.
