(Washington, DC) This week, Representative Malinowski voted to give our National Guard and Reserve members the same educational benefits as their active duty military counterparts.
The Guard and Reserve GI Bill Parity Act would expand the Post-9/11 GI Bill eligibility criteria to include those training in full-time National Guard duty, which includes the National Guard, the Army National Guard, and the Air National Guard, as well as those same members when performing active duty. More than 17,000 New Jersey National Guard members will benefit.

(Washington DC) Today, the House of Representatives passed the Fiscal Year 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA); providing a salary increase for our troops and strengthening America's defenses around the world. The bipartisan legislation includes eleven provisions led by Representative Malinowski focused on holding our adversaries accountable for human rights abuses and combating digital surveillance by criminals and repressive governments.
