Larson (CT-01) voted for the Inflation Reduction Act, landmark legislation to lower costs for families, create millions of good-paying jobs, deliver the most significant action on climate in history, and dramatically reduce the deficit. The bill now heads to President Biden’s desk to be signed into law.
Hartford, CT – Today, Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) released the following statement after his legislation, the Formula Act, was signed into law by President Biden.
“The formula shortage has caused so many families to worry about feeding their children, and it’s heartbreaking,” said Larson. “The Formula Act will drive down costs and increase accessibility for American families. It was an honor to join my colleagues Reps. Earl Blumenauer, Suzan DelBene, and Dan Kildee to introduce this legislation to restock shelves and address the shortage.”
