The Commonwealth Election Commission would like to inform the General Public that absentee requests by electronic mail (E-Mail) will not be accepted.

All voters that requested an absentee ballot during the General Election will automatically receive a run-off absentee ballot.

Due to the state funeral that will take place at the Pedro P. Tenorio Multi-Purpose Center on October 28, 2022, the Northern Island Early Voting will be relocated back to the Commonwealth Election Commission office and will resume at the Multi-Purpose Center on October 29, 2022.

Early Voting & Polling Place Designation Announcement

This is to inform all CNMI Voters that pursuant to 1 CMC §6222 and §6224, the 2022 General Election Early Voting period for the 1st Senatorial District of Rota, the 2nd Senatorial District of Tinian & Aguiguan, and the 3rd Senatorial District of Saipan & the Northern Islands will commence on Tuesday, November 01, 2022, and end on Monday, November 7, 2022. The polling places for all 3 Senatorial Districts will open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. each day, including weekends and holidays.
