Accessibility of FBI Facilities
FBI Headquarters, field offices, and other facilities comply with accessibility standards to ensure access for employees and visitors with disabilities, as required by the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968.
The Architectural Barriers Act requires buildings or facilities to be accessible if they are designed, built, or altered with federal dollars or leased by federal agencies after August 12, 1968. Complaints about inaccessibility of FBI buildings or facilities should be made directly to the U.S. Access Board at access-board.gov/enforcement.
