LAFAYETTE, LA - Congressman Clay Higgins (R-LA) announced that Isaac Beverly, a student at Lafayette High School, is the overall winner of the 2022 Congressional App Competition for Louisiana’s 3rd District.
Isaac’s app, titled “NotifyPub,” is a website designed to give school administrators an easy way to send out alerts to large groups. Isaac created “NotifyPub” after noticing his school was facing problems sending mass notifications to the students and staff.

The funding is made available through the major disaster declaration for Hurricane Laura (DR-4559-LA), which Congressman Higgins supported.
