Quality Measures

Access the technical specifications and templates for quality measures that help states and behavioral health clinics assess treatment and document performance.

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the use of technical specifications and data-reporting templates to collect the 32 quality measures listed in the certified community behavioral health clinics (CCBHCs) certification criteria – 2016 (PDF | 755 KB). CCBHCs and their states are required to collect 21 of the measures for the demonstration program.

Technical Specifications Manual

The technical specifications provide detailed guidance on collecting and reporting the quality measures.

Please note that you will be asked to agree to terms and conditions before downloading these licensed materials. Many of the original specifications are stewarded by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), American Medical Association (AMA), or similar entities. Therefore, draw your attention to the intellectual property (copyright) statements at the front of volume one of the technical specifications.
