Hawaiian Kona Low; Dangerously Cold Arctic Air Spreading Across the Plains and Intermountain West

In Hawaii, a strong Kona Low will bring mountain snow and high winds to the Big Island, and potential for severe storms and heavy rain. Bitter Arctic Air and wind chills will spread across the mountains and Plains.
