On October 18th the GI Bill “Ask a Question” system upgraded to “Ask VA”. This is where you will now submit your questions and documentation.

Yellow Ribbon

Domestic Schools
The open season timeframe to apply or make changes to participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program for academic year 2022-2023 was March 15th to May 15th, 2022. Schools participating in the Yellow Ribbon Program for the 2022-23 academic year are currently available.

Foreign Schools
The open season timeframe to apply or make changes to participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program for academic year 2022-2023 was June 1st to July 31st, 2022. Schools may not immediately see their participation in the Yellow Ribbon Program for the 2022-23 academic year as the season has recently closed. Please allow VA until September to update the 2022-23 participation list with Foreign School participants.
