Primary Care Program

General Information

A number of federal and state programs can help increase access to primary care, dental care, and mental health services for people living in rural and urban communities in Wisconsin where there are shortages of health care providers. The Wisconsin Primary Care Program coordinates several of these programs through partnerships with federal programs, other state programs, health care providers, clinics, local health departments, and organizations that work with underserved populations.
