Moving to Work (MTW) - Participating Agencies
The following table contains links to dedicated pages for each participating MTW agency. It also provides information on when the agency was designated as a MTW Demonstration Program participant and whether they are one of the initial agencies or an expansion agency due to the authority provided by the 2016 MTW Expansion Statute. The agency pages include summaries, links to the most recent Annual MTW Plans and Reports or MTW Supplement to the Annual PHA Plan, and current Agreements or MTW Amendments to the ACC with HUD.

Note: For those agencies denoted as being selectees for the MTW Expansion’s MTW Flexibility for Smaller PHAs Cohort, Stepped and Tiered Rent Cohort, and the Landlord Incentives Cohort, these agencies will be formally designated as MTW agencies once the MTW Amendment to the Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) has been executed by both the agency and HUD. The initial MTW PHAs were designated as MTW as of December 15, 2015.
