He is a Principal of Lerner Enterprises, a private real estate development and investment company in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, and Executive Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Lerner Corporation, its management subsidiary.

He is also a Principal Owner and a Vice Chairman of the Washington Nationals Baseball Club. He serves on the Boards of Junior Achievement of the Greater Washington Area, The Congressional Award, The Duke Ellington School, and the Georgetown University Law Center.”
