Get started with your online record book – Submittable!

I would like to submit my record book. This is my first Submittable record book.

If you would like to submit in 2022 and this is your first Submittable record book:

Create a new Submittable account or log in.
Please note, participants were not given a login and they will need to make their own account if they have not done so already
Select the 2022 form on the Submittable homepage and start your application.
Submit your 2022 application when you are ready.

I would like to submit my record book. I already have a Submittable account.

If you would like to submit in 2023, but already started a 2022 Submittable application, you will need to transfer your 2022 work to the 2023 form.

Starting on January 1, 2023, select the new 2023 form on the Submittable homepage.
Copy and paste your 2022 work to the new 2023 form.
The old 2022 form will still be available to view, but participants will not be able to submit it.
Participants will need to request signatures in the 2023 form, even if they have signatures in the 2022 form.
Submit your 2023 record book when you are ready.

I would like to submit my record book in 2024 or beyond.

You can enter your progress in the Congressional Award Workbook to save for now.

Download the Congressional Award Workbook and Hour Log.
Save or print a copy of the Workbook, and use it to track your hours, goals, activities. We recommend keeping a typed copy to make for an easy transfer to the official Record Book.
Once you are ready to submit, transfer everything from your Workbook to the Record Book, which you can find on Submittable.

Submit a request for a new Record Book at the link above.
Log into your Submittable account and click Submissions.
Click on the In Progress Record Book that was originally approved.
Select Forms.
Click Continue on your 2022 Additional Form (It will also have your previous submission shown directly above it).

COVID-19 Accommodations

Participants will be able to submit with modified guidelines through December 31, 2022. The Virtual Expedition has been extended indefinitely, so you are able to submit a Record Book with a Virtual Expedition past 2022!
