WASHINGTON – House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Texas) today said that the 9/11 Commission Implementation Act uses the right process and the right policies to prevent further terrorist attacks and move the United States closer to victory in the war on terror. The House of Representatives passed this landmark legislation today by a vote of 282-134. Over a third of House Democrats voted for the bill.
