A Message from the RCFL National Program Director

Welcome to the RCFL National Program Office's Web page. This site serves as a gateway to the premier computer forensics laboratory network in the country - and that network is growing.

During 2004-2005, nine new RCFLs in Buffalo, NY; Hamilton NJ; Menlo Park, CA; Portland, OR; Houston, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Philadelphia, PA; Denver, CO; and Dayton, OH will join the Program, raising the total number of RCFLs to thirteen. With more RCFLs in operation, hundreds of law enforcement agencies will have access to the highest quality computer forensics services and training available, anywhere.

Because computers are involved in so many types of crimes, ranging from the mundane to the complex, the need for computer forensics expertise remains constant and on-going. Our goal is to continue duplicating our past successes, and to making a positive difference in the communities we serve.

New Training Coming Soon

  • Soon, the RCFL Program will offer Image Scan training to all law enforcement personnel that conduct on-site child pornography investigations. Click here to learn more about this cutting-edge technology.
