2006 Diversity Visa Lottery Program Registration

Applications for the 2006 Diversity Visa (DV) Lottery will be accepted between November 5, 2004 and January 7, 2005.

From September 5-11, 2004, 15 NGO representatives and government officials from Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan visited the Ukraine to observe how NGOs, government agencies, and mass media effectively cooperate to combat human trafficking.
