SPECIAL NOTICE : TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF CONSULAR SECTION 

U.S. Embassy's Consular section will be closed to the public for visa and other routine services during the week of September 27 through October 1, 2004.  Normal processing will resume the week of October 4.  Consular section staff will be available for American citizen emergencies and can be reached at 472-900.  Those facing emergency travel to the United States may apply for their visas at the U.S. Embassy in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago; please phone 472-900 for details for that procedure.  The Embassy regrets any inconvenience caused by our temporary closing.
