What are we?

The American Language Center is a school where we teach English to adults. We have eight (8) classrooms on site and teach about 400 paying students per quarter.

Where are we?

We are located at 1406 Avenue Bassawarga, facing the "Chateau d'eau" of Kamsonghin.

What services do we offer?

We have a regular class program and specially designed courses for private and/or corporate clients. We also provide translation and interpretation services and testing of English proficiency. Books and cassettes for learning English are also on sale in our bookstore “Bountiful Books.”

REGULAR COURSE PROGRAM

Each of the levels listed below consists of a 40-hour course during a 10-week session. These courses are offered quarterly following a fixed schedule throughout the year.

Classes meet twice a week for a total of 4 classroom hours per week except for the TOEFL Preparation course, which meets for 5 classroom hours a week for a total of 50 hours.

CONTRACT CLASS PROGRAM

Private courses can be programmed at any time at school or at the client’s place of work or home. These courses are specially designed to meet the needs of the individual clients or groups involved and are normally scheduled in 40-hour training modules like our regular classes.
