Red Dress Collection 2004: Image of Red Dress Fashion Show host Patti Hansen, Beverly Johnson, Vanessa Williams, and other top models
The Heart Truth's groundbreaking partnership with America's fashion industry continues as fashion leaders—including 26 top designers and 26 top models and celebrities—unite on one runway to debut a collection of red dresses created exclusively for The Heart Truth campaign.

The Red Dress is the national symbol for women and heart disease awareness. It is a red alert that heart disease is the #1 killer of women—and an urgent reminder to every woman to care for her heart. The Red Dress is the centerpiece of The Heart Truth, a national awareness campaign that warns women about heart disease.

In February 2003, The Heart Truth debuted the Red Dress symbol at Fashion Week, bringing the issue into the national spotlight. This year at Olympus Fashion Week 2004, The Heart Truth brought the Red Dress symbol to life on the runway with the Red Dress Collection 2004.
