Training Fed Learn - Federal Learning Technology Program Overview

Fed Learn is a GSA program serving the technology needs of the federal government. Services are provided on a cost reimbursable basis under the authority of the Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA) and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

The program provides Information Technology (IT) solutions to traditional training issues encountered by federal clients worldwide. Fed Learn teams with private sector contractors to meet the training needs of federal organizations.

Fed Learn assists agencies with any or all of the life cycle needs necessary to acquire, design, develop, implement, and manage learning tools. The program can search a large pool of contract vehicles to determine a "best value" solution. Solutions include the purchase of off-the-shelf software, hardware, and services.
