ATP ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION SYSTEM (ESS)

Submit proposals to the Advanced Technology Program for an open competition using the Electronic Submission System securely over the Internet.

    The ATP FY2004 Competition closed on 4/14/2004.
  • Gate 2 submissions are currently under evaluation.
  • Gate 3 materials can be composed using the PureEdge Viewer and Gate 3 Forms provided on this site.
  • Please note that the appropriate Gate 3 forms must be printed and brought to the Oral Review since a "wet" signature is required (i.e. do not submit electronically).
