Acquisition Library - Hosted by the AcqNet, this virtual library includes information on a long list of procurement topics.

Contractor Register (CCR) - Central Contractor Registration page.

Excluded Parties List - the electronic version of the Lists of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement and Nonprocurement Programs (Lists), which identifies those parties excluded throughout the U.S. Government (unless otherwise noted) from receiving Federal contracts or certain subcontracts and from certain types of Federal financial and nonfinancial assistance and benefits.

FedBizOpps - GSA-sponsored site designated as the new Government-wide single point of entry for all federal procurement opportunities. This site replaced the old Commerce Business Daily.

Federal Acquisition Jumpstation - An excellent index of Federal procurement internet links.

FirstGov - A GSA-sponsored site for finding information on all Federal Internet sites.

GSA (General Services Administration) - The GSA home page includes links to the Federal Supply Service, the GSA Advantage on-line shopping service, and FirstGov.

Gov't-Wide Contracts - Includes a list of GWACs provided by the Treasury Department as well as a guide for vendors who have or want GSA Schedule contracts, and a link to the Interagency Contracts Directory.

NIH Contractor Performance System (CPS) - System required for use for Department of State personnel (among other agencies) to record contractor performance under certain circumstances.

Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) - PPIRS is a federal web-enabled application that allows government personnel to retrieve contractor past performance information. It draws data from CPS, among other computer systems.

Sanctions List - The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control administers this list economic and trade sanctions. This list is based on US foreign policy and national security goals against targeted foreign countries, terrorists, international narcotics traffickers, and those engaged in activities related to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Tax Exempt Certificates - a GSA-sponsored site having letters from most states that state that the governmentwide commercial purchase card program is exempt from state sales tax.

USAF Tools - The U.S. Air Force Contracting web page, offering references and links on many procurement topics.
