U.S. Ambassador to India David C. Mulford visited the prestigious Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) to discuss agricultural issues and announce a new U.S.-India university partnership. He met with agribusiness leaders to talk about agriculture’s potential to grow the economy, and visited the region's farms and markets.
