Tell Us About Your Trip to the U.S.

Each year, 430 million people enter the United States through our ports of entry, and often the first contact these travelers make is with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officer. Immigration and customs personnel must balance national security interests with America's reputation as a free and open society. We place enormous importance on providing courteous and respectful treatment of visitors, immigrants and travelers who enter the United States.

In order to assist us with maintaining the highest standards of courtesy by border officials, we are asking that travelers let us know about the treatment they have encountered during the process of entering and leaving the U.S., both good and bad. Please provide us with your name, date and place of entry into the U.S. and a brief description of your experience. This experience should be summarized and specific. If you are willing to be contacted by an Embassy representative or Customs and Border Protection officer to discuss your experience, please advise us. Of course, all reports will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. We greatly value foreign students, business travelers, tourists, and other visitors to our country and we are determined to make America both a safe and welcoming place.

Please fax us at (02) 669-3098 or e-mail through the U.S. Consulate Jeddah website at: USConsJeddahWebSite@state.gov
