Awards for Saving Energy at Federal Facilities

The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) assists the government in recognizing individuals, groups, and agencies for their outstanding contributions to saving energy at Federal facilities. Contributions are in the areas of energy efficiency, water conservation, and the use of advanced and renewable energy technologies.

About the Awards

Among FEMP's awards programs for energy savings are the Energy Saver Showcase Award, Federal Energy and Water Management Award, Louis R. Harris Jr. Award, and the Presidential Award for Leadership in Federal Energy Management. The U.S. Department of Energy recognizes in-house energy savings at their agency through the Department of Energy Management Awards.
