To help Federal agencies produce successful energy-saving projects with utilities, the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) offers training, assistance with technical and financial reviews, and information and project facilitation from utility partnerships. In addition, FEMP publications provide information about utility projects. In addition, other resources, such as software and videos, are available to help plan and implement projects with utilities.
