Good reporting depends in part getting on a variety of perspectives on the issue you are covering. If your story deals with national or regional issues, our public affairs offices are standing by to help you locate knowledgeable experts among our many governmental and private sector partners. If your story focuses on one refuge in particular, it may be worthwhile to contact one of the more than 200 grassroots "refuge support groups" that work closely with their hometown refuge. A complete listing of these groups is available through the National Wildlife Refuge Association. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Public Affairs Offices National Headquarters
