Evaluation Started

CO has initiated (added) an evaluation.

Validate Contract Data

CO has assigned the evaluation.  Evaluation awaiting validation of contract information.

Prepare Ratings and Comments

Awaiting the preparation and submission of ratings and comments on the contractor’s performance during the specified reporting period.

Review of Government Evaluation

Ratings and comments have been prepared and submitted.  Evaluation under review by the CO.

Contractor Comments

CO has forwarded the evaluation to the contractor for comments; or

CO responding to the government’s ratings and comments on behalf of the contractor.

Post Contractor Comments

Contractor representative has reviewed the evaluation and submitted their comments to the CO; or

CO has completed entering comments on behalf of the contractor.

Agency Review

CO and contractor unable to come to an agreement regarding the evaluation.  Evaluation assigned to an agency employee that is one level above the CO for review.

Post Agency Review

AR has reviewed the evaluation and submitted their comments to the CO.

Deletion

CO has deleted an initiated evaluation.

Evaluation has been Un-finalized

System administrator has changed the status of a finalized evaluation.

Finalized

CO has finalized an evaluation as complete; or

Contractor response time has elapsed.

Post Contractor Comments Review

CO has forwarded a read-only copy of the evaluation with the contractor’s comments to the PO for review.
