Emergency - Amber Plan The AMBER Plan: A component of the Emergency Alert System (EAS), has been credited with aiding in the rescue of several missing children who were abducted. It’s called the AMBER Plan. The Emergency Alert System (EAS): EAS allows broadcast stations, cable systems, participating satellite companies, and other services to send and receive emergency information quickly and automatically, even if these facilities are unattended. |
