Terrorist Threat Conditions are general awareness levels issued by the Department of Homeland Security for the entire United States. We will evaluate the situation as time goes on and issue appropriate modifications to the following instructions for NAL which supplement standing operating procedures for the Abraham Lincoln Building.
Conditions Yellow, Blue and Green and the Abraham Lincoln Building
(NORMAL OPERATING PROCEDURES) ![]() An Elevated Condition is declared when there is a significant risk of terrorist attacks. Guarded Condition (Blue). This condition is declared when there is a general risk of terrorist attacks. Low Condition (Green). This condition is declared when there is a low risk of terrorist attacks.
