Below are the forms
to download in order to submit a proposal electronically. If you have been invited to an oral review, please note that the appropriate Gate 3 forms must be printed and brought to the Oral Review since a "wet" signature is required (i.e. do not submit electronically).
PLEASE NOTE:
You do not need
an ACES Certificate to download the forms or fill them out.
HOWEVER,
you will need a certificate to digitally sign the package prior to submittal.
When you submit your proposal, the entire package will be encrypted
using strong 128-bit encryption. The package will remain encrypted until
ATP/NIST has retrieved it from the web site for evaluation. Please be
aware that the process to get an ACES Certificate will take approximately
one (1) week.
