ATP
Collaboration Bulletin Board
This bulletin
board provides those who are considering application to ATP with
a means of publicly disclosing their interest in developing appropriate
partnerships for such application. If you have an idea for an ATP
proposal, but believe that you may need to collaborate with others
in order to best achieve your project goals, you may use this bulletin
board to invite potential partners to contact you.
In turn,
anyone can explore the public notices contained herein for collaborative
opportunities which may lead to an ATP proposal.
Because
of the public nature of this bulletin board, those who submit such
notices for posting herein should seriously consider the implications
of disclosing the information submitted.
Notices
which organizations and individuals (hereafter termed 'originator')
wish to post herein must contain the following:
- a short
(10 words or less) title for the notice;
- a brief
(100 words or less) notice to be posted;
- a means
for interested parties to contact the originator.
NIST reserves
the right to refuse to post notices which:
- contain
obscene or otherwise inappropriate language,
- are
obvious product advertisements,
- may
contain proprietary or otherwise confidential business/trade secret
information, or
are not otherwise intended for the purpose of finding potential
partners which may participate in an R&D; project proposed to ATP.
Published
regulations of the NIST prohibit statements in advertising from
which it can be inferred that NIST or ATP approves, recommends or
endorses any proprietary product or service. As such, please be
advised that neither the Department of Commerce, nor the National
Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), nor the ATP:
- endorses
or recommends any product or service provided, or to be provided,
by any of the organizations or individuals posted herein, or their
successors, assignees, or licensees;
- endorses
or recommends any organizations or individuals themselves posted
herein;
- assumes
any liability for unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information
which may be contained in the notices posted herein or in any
communications resulting from these notices; and
- assumes
any liability for errors in posted notices. Furthermore, whether
a notice is posted or not posted herein will have no impact on
eligibility for an ATP award.

Bulletin Board presented herein is provided solely as
a service to the general public and bears no warranty, either express
or implied. Use of the Bulletin Board by a USER implies USER's
assumption of risk, and NIST neither accepts nor assumes legal liability
for any activities pursued hereunder.
