September 17, 2004 -- Acting Deputy Under Secretary Tim Ryan was recently in Florida, where he joined State Director Charles Clemons (click photo to enlarge) to recognize the accomplishments of Homes in Partnership (HIP). Rural Development recently awarded HIP a $2,703,750 grant to operate self-help housing projects.
