Consolidated Reporting System
Institution Reports District Reports System Reports
Farm Credit System institutions are required by regulation to periodically submit data about their operations to FCA. The data are primarily financial data that are submitted quarterly in the form of Uniform Call Reports (UCR). Other data are submitted annually and pertain to Farm Credit institutions lending activities to young, beginning, and small farmers and ranchers for the past year.

The data are available in a variety of reports. A majority of the reports are the individual UCR schedules that Farm Credit institutions submitted for a specified quarter. In addition, FCA developed several reports that provide data trends or comparisons. These reports include: Uniform Performance Report, Uniform Peer Performance Report, Six Quarter Trend Report, Six Year Trend Report, Institution Comparison Report, and Young, Beginning, and Small Farmers and Ranchers (YBS) Report. All of these reports are available for individual institutions. Some of the reports are also available on a District basis or System basis.

Institution Reports
Institution reports show data for individual FCS institutions. Most reports are available for active and inactive institutions back to March 1989, but the YBS reports go back only to 1998. There are two kinds of institution reports, plus data download files:

Individual Institution Reports
These reports show data for only one institution. The reports include:

  • Uniform Call Report Schedules
  • Uniform Performance Report
  • Uniform Peer Performance Report
  • Six Quarter Trend Report
  • Six Year Trend Report
  • YBS Report

Institution Comparison Reports
The Institution Comparison Reports are used to compare the data of up to six institutions for a particular quarter. The data are presented in the same format as the Uniform Performance Report.

Quarterly Call Report Download Files
A zip file containing comma-delimited UCR data for all FCS institutions is available for each quarter back to March 2000. These files can be downloaded to your computer for independent analysis of the data. These files are provided for your convenience, but should not be considered as the official record of an institution's financial condition or performance. The official record is the individual institution call reports. NOTE: Discrepancies may exist between the individual call report data and download file data as the result of corrections made to the underlying call report data. The download files are not updated after 90 days past quarter-end; therefore, any corrections to the underlying call report data made after 90 days will not be reflected in the download files.

District Reports
The Farm Credit System is divided into seven districts. View district map. There are two kinds of district reports:

District Summary by Lending Type Reports
The District Summary by Lending Type Reports aggregate the data for the district for each lending type in the district. For example, the data for all the Production Credit Associations in the Wichita District are combined for this type of report. The reports include:

  • Uniform Call Report Schedules
  • Uniform Performance Report

District YBS Summary Reports
The only district wide reports are the YBS reports. These reports show aggregate lending statistics by all institutions in the selected district to young, beginning, and small farmers and ranchers.

System Reports
There are two kinds of system reports:

Summary by Lending Type Reports
These reports aggregate the data from all institutions of the same lending type in the Farm Credit System. For example, the data for all Production Credit Associations in the Farm Credit System are combined into a Summary by Lending Type Report. The reports include:

  • Uniform Call Report Schedules
  • Uniform Performance Report
  • YBS Report

FCS YBS Reports
These reports show aggregate lending statistics for all FCS institutions to young, beginning, and small farmers and ranchers.
