Also felt (V PIVS) at Los Banos, Bulacanin, Malolos, San Fernando and Tagaytay; (IV PIVS) at Bataan, Buco Infanta, Lucban, Manila, Pasay, Pasig, Taguig and Talisay; (III PIVS) at Quezon City, Luzon. Power outages occurred in the Manila area, Luzon. Felt on Mindoro and throughout central and southern Luzon.
