Answer:

Yes. Nearly all map layers presented within our online, interactive mapping system are available now. You can download these map layers at no cost using file transfer protocol (FTP) or you may pay to have them delivered on compact disc. Follow this link for more information about downloading National Atlas map layers.

Map layers on compact disc can be ordered using EarthExplorer.
