Data Elements: A 0900Z report from the Joint Typhoon Warning Center, says that Tropical Storm 19W is located east of Guam. This system has tracked northwestward at 11 knots. Winds are sustained at 40 knots, with gusts up to 50 knots.
Observation Device: GOES-9 4 km infrared imagery.
