A look at the African American Chamber of Commerce

The African American Chamber of Commerce is designed to meet community needs. It is a voluntary organization of individuals and businesses who ban together to advance the commercial, financial, industrial and civic interest of the community. It is a civic clearinghouse, a public relation counselor, a legislative representative at the local, state and national levels of government. The African American Chamber is an information bureau and a research/promotional medium.

The Objectives of the Chamber are:

  • To promote a better understanding of our private enterprise system.
  • To coordinate the effort of commerce, industry and the professions in maintaining and strengthening a sound healthy climate in Westchester and Rockland Counties.

The AACC is one of the many great resoures available to assist your business. The African American Chamber of Commerce was created as an advocate for local African American - owned businesses.
