The United States Warehouse Act (USWA) authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to license warehouse operators who store agricultural products. Warehouse Receipt Information for Peanuts

Notice to the Trade WLED-08 (8/17/04) provides Updated Instructions for Preparing Warehouse Receipts, Proper Filing of the Farm Service Agency's (FSA) Form 1007; Restatement of Warehouse Operator's Duty Regarding Daily Position Record (DPR) Maintenance and the Issuance and Cancellation of Warehouse Receipts.

This is a sample of a form used by USWA warehouse operators to warehouse receipt stored peanuts. For additional information contact Warehouse License and Examination Division (WLED) at 816-926-6474 or by email to uswakcco@kcc.usda.gov.
