Trade WLED-08 (8/17/04)
provides Updated Instructions for Preparing Warehouse Receipts,
Proper Filing of the Farm Service Agency's (FSA) Form 1007;
Restatement of Warehouse Operator's Duty Regarding Daily
Position Record (DPR) Maintenance and the Issuance and
Cancellation of Warehouse Receipts.
