Note that the FAR has been amended to extend the Section 508 sunset provision for government purchase card acquisitions under $2500 until October 1, 2004. View the Federal Register Notice for the FAR ruling and view the 508 Purchase Card guidance for specific information on using government purchase cards for EIT purchases.
